Our Ezerjo of Vénhegy (from our organic vineyard) was harvested in mid-September. After gentle pressing, the must was allowed to settle overnight in the cellar and then spontaneously fermented in steel tanks. The neutral, citrus flavor characteristic of Ezerjó, freshness in the mouth. It is an excellent accompaniment to salads and light, white meat dishes.
