Type of wine: Dry, rose sparkling
Grape variety: Pinot Noir 100%
Alcohol: 13,5% vol
Terroir: Mór, Vajal
Harvest: Hand harvested
Technology: Hand-harvested, crate-harvested, no skin soaking and very gentle pressing. The goal was white pinot. That’s why he got his symbolic pinkness. Fermented and matured in a steel tank, with cooling, with the addition of organic yeast. During bottling, we saturated it, absorbed CO2 in the 2 °C wine and closed it with a crown cap!
Temperature: 11 °C
Halfway between Mór and Csókakő, along the bike path, below Vértes, there is the Napholdcsillag garden, where our Pinot Noir plantation is located. Almost white pinot noir with a caressing bubble (1.6 bar) explodes in the mouth in a fruity way… Red berries, raspberries, currants and a hint of vanilla in the glass. Nice sour backbone, an essential companion for waiting for spring! Our little girl, Panna’s drawing adorns the bottle!
