Our Ezerjó from Vénhegy (from our organic vineyard) was harvested at the beginning of September. After gentle pressing, the must was allowed to settle overnight in the cellar, then spontaneously fermented in amphora, Hungarian oak barrel and steel tank. The neutral, citrus flavor, saltiness and freshness characteristic of Ezerjó. The sip is complex and multifaceted. It is also an excellent accompaniment to appetizers, sea fish and light, roast meat dishes.
