Description
At the beginning of September, we harvested our Chardonnay, Szürkebarát and Ezerjó grapes from the Napholdcsillag garden (our organic vineyard, which we planted in 2016), which were married by nature. The hand-harvested and selected grapes were fermented at the same time. After gentle pressing, the fermentation was completed in a tank. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without the addition of sulphur. A very fruity, exciting, smiling wine was born.
