Our Ezerjó from the Vénhegy vineyard (grown in our organic vineyard) was harvested in early September. Following gentle pressing, the must was spontaneously fermented and matured in amphorae crafted by Attila Légli.
The wine displays the characteristic Ezerjó profile: a subtle, neutral character with citrus notes and vibrant freshness on the palate. This wine is unfined, unfiltered, and bottled without the addition of sulfur dioxide.
