Our Juhfark grapes are located in Somló, in the Szent Ilona vineyard. We harvested them at the very end of August, then brought them to Mór as early as possible and the processing took place here. We picked the berries and put them in an open tub, took them to the cool cellar. We pressed them 3x a day for 15 days. On the 16th day, we pressed them with a small wooden basket press and put them in small 120-liter Légli amphorae, where they matured for 2 months. Then I decanted them into a tank, rested them together and bottled them fresh, free of anything, with a small fine broom. It has 1.5-2 g of residual sugar. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without adding sulfur. Spicyness and dried southern fruits, raisins in the sip. A total of 340 bottles were made.
