We harvested the grapes from the Napholdcsillag garden (our organic vineyard) at the very beginning of September. The juice was picked and fermented on the skins for 21 days. After gentle pressing, it matured in a single wooden barrel for 4 months. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled without the addition of sulfur. A single wooden barrel from 5 rows treated separately, with great love. Limited number of bottles, made with a total of 266 bottles. Blackberry bomb, spices, rich natural sips. Highly recommended for Pinot noir fans.
