Our Vénhegy Grüner Veltliner (from our organic vineyard) was harvested at the end of August. After gentle pressing, the must was placed in second and quarter-fill Hungarian oak barrels, fermented spontaneously and aged. The Grüner Veltliner has a fresh, grapefruit, peach flavor, and freshness in the sip. Unclarified, unfiltered, and bottled without the addition of sulfur.
