Our Vénhegy Green Veltliner (from our organic vineyard) was harvested at the end of August. After a short maceration on the skins and then a gentle pressing, the must was placed in second and quarter-filled Hungarian oak barrels (70%) and steel tanks (30%), spontaneously fermented and aged. The typical fresh, grapefruit, peach flavors of Green Veltliner, black tea and spices, freshness in the sip. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without the addition of sulfur.
