Description
The Vénhegyi Ezerjón (from our organic vineyard) was harvested in early September. After gentle pressing, the must was placed in second and quarter-fill Hungarian oak barrels, fermented spontaneously and aged. The neutral, citrusy flavor and freshness of the Ezerjón are typical of the wine. Unclarified, unfiltered, and bottled without the addition of sulfur.
