Description
We harvested kékfrankos from Vénhegy (from our organically cultivated vineyard) at the beginning of September. After picking the berries, we briefly soaked them in the skin. After gentle pressing, fermentation took place in a tank. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without the addition of sulphur. Rosehips, cherries, spices, light fruit bomb.
