We harvested from Napholdcsillag kert (our organic vineyard) in mid-September. Juice soaked in layers (whole cluster and crushed berries) for 9 days in the skin and partially fermented. After gentle pressing, fermentation was completed partly in tanks and partly in wooden barrels. Aged in barrels for 4 months. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without the addition of sulphur. Cherry juice, spices, light natural sips. We recommend it chilled.
