We harvested our Vénhegy Szürkebarát grapes at the end of August. We picked the berries and put them in an open vat, where we pressed them 3 times a day for 15 days. On the 16th day, we harvested the Traminer and pressed them together with the soaked, fermented Szürkebarát. I decanted them into a tank, rested them together and bottled them fresh, free of anything, with a small fine broom. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled wine without added sulfur. It is characterized by a pink, orange color, rosy, spicy aromas and a full, fruity mouthfeel, with a nice acidity. A must-try!
