Description
The Vénhegy Kékfrankos and Pinot Noir were harvested on September 3rd from our organic vineyard. After a short maceration on the skins and pressing, the must was spontaneously fermented and matured in tanks and partly in barrels. The color is reminiscent of Siller, characterized by ripe red berries (mainly sour cherries), bottled with little residual sugar, nice acids, freshness in the sip and some bubbles that make the wine playful. Unclarified, unfiltered, bottled without sulfur.
