The most beautiful Zv clusters were harvested and selected by hand. Spontaneously fermented in 500L Hungarian oak barrels (50%) and steel tanks (50%) and matured for 5 months. Its aroma is dominated by citrus fruits, mainly grapefruit, lime and lychee. It is characterized by richness and freshness, a nice acidity at the same time!
